Sustalent Hub Community Night — September 12

An in-person gathering for sustainability practitioners — the finale of our 2,000-Person Community Challenge

On the evening of September 12, Sustalent Hub will host its Community Night at Farglory BEONE Future Co-existence Base. We welcome people working on sustainability across different fields, as well as anyone taking action on issues they care about.

The evening centres on meeting fellow sustainability practitioners over food, topic-based conversations, and open networking. We will also share results from the 2,000-Person Community Challenge, present team and individual awards, and hold a lucky draw. All ticket holders who complete the on-site mission card are eligible for the event-only draw—whether or not they joined the Challenge.

• 2,000-Person Community Challenge participants who would like to meet fellow participants in person
• First-time Sustalent Hub attendees who want to meet sustainability practitioners from different fields

Programme

• Doors open 17:15; 17:30–18:20 Check-in, light refreshments, drinks, and open networking
• 18:20–18:30 BEONE introduction and venue tour
• 18:30–19:15 Group photo, Sustalent Hub introduction, Challenge showcase, and awards
• 19:15–20:10 Open sustainability topic conversations
• 20:10–20:40 Lucky draw, prize collection, and closing

Registration notes

1. Advance ticket purchase is required. Your registration is confirmed after payment and receipt of the system confirmation email.
2. Please aim to check in between 17:15 and 17:30. Light refreshments and drinks will be provided; please indicate any dietary requirements when registering.
3. Challenge awards and the related draw follow the original Challenge rules. All ticket holders who complete the on-site mission card may join the event-only lucky draw.
4. Photography and event documentation will take place. If you do not wish to appear on camera, please let staff know at check-in and avoid the camera during the group-photo session.
5. The organiser reserves the right to adjust the programme and event content.
