FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Q: Do I have to complete every task?

No. You can freely choose the tasks that fit you. Once you collect 6 points, you will receive one prize-draw chance.

Q: Do I have to join a LINE group?

We recommend it because groups are where reminders, announcements, and coffee chat opportunities are shared.

Q: Will LINE groups be ranked?

Team points are shown, but the purpose of the groups is support, reminders, and interaction — not pressure.

Q: Do coffee chats have to be officially matched?

No. You can use the Sustalent peer directory, LINE groups, LinkedIn, social platforms, or your own network.

Q: Do social posts have to be public?

In principle, yes, because reviewers need a verifiable link. If your account is private, please provide screenshots for review.

Q: When will points be updated?

Sustalent Hub will review submissions regularly. Approved points will appear in the rankings after refresh.

Q: Where will the award gathering be held?

It is currently planned for Taipei, since the organizing team is based there. We hope to expand to other cities in the future.

Q: What counts as a sustainability practitioner?

Anyone working with or interested in sustainability-related topics, SDGs, ESG, climate, circular economy, social impact, and related fields can participate.
