On the evening of December 23, 2024, as the year was drawing to a close, Sustalent Hub successfully hosted an online job information session designed specifically for sustainability talent. Some participants even went on to secure jobs through the connections made afterwards.
Why did we hold a sustainability job information session?
We have observed that strong sustainability talent is often drawn to organisations with a clear vision. Yet people looking for sustainability work frequently face an information gap and may be unsure whether a company is genuinely committed to sustainability. That is why we invited managers from two organisations with long-standing work in the environmental field—RE-THINK and HD Renewable Energy—to speak with participants directly.
