Sustainability work often comes with bottlenecks, awkward moments, and lessons that only peers can fully understand. This gathering turns those experiences into stories that can be shared and learned from.
We use a relaxed format to lower the barrier to sharing, so community members can laugh together, recognize shared challenges, and leave with a more grounded view of field practice.
